  • Represented an international retailer in obtaining the necessary approvals to construct a mixed-use retail, restaurant and event venue project.
  • Represented an international REIT during the rezoning of their property containing over 1,000,000 sf of Class A office space.
  • Represented a developer in obtaining zoning and land use approvals permitting a 210,000 sf research and development facility and related parking structure on multiple parcels.
