Al Fuscaldo is the founder and Managing Member of the Firm. Al possesses a diversified and unique real estate skill set and a wealth of experience developed over decades of practice in sophisticated large, medium and small sized law firms.  

As a land use and zoning attorney, Al has represented clients in over 100 municipalities in the Greater Philadelphia Region, gaining approvals for almost any kind of project imaginable, including single-family residential developments, multi-family projects, regional distribution facilities, warehouses, master planned mixed-use projects, parking garages, grocery stores, museums, retail stores, private schools, veterinary hospitals, restaurants, office complexes, telecommunication towers, and car dealerships. He performs zoning due diligence investigations and assists clients in the negotiation of easement agreements, license agreements and the myriad of other agreements that occur during the development process.  

In his transactional real estate practice, Al has helped clients purchase and sell properties from ski resorts, to office buildings, mixed-use buildings, multi-property portfolios and undeveloped tracts of land for new projects. He represents clients with the financing and refinancing of their property and projects.

Al's extensive leasing practice includes representation of both landlords and tenants. He as represented clients in leases for, among other things, commercial offices, medical offices, urgent cares, retail uses, restaurants, garden centers, urgent care facilities, fitness centers and yoga studios, manufacturing facilities, storage facilities, educational uses, parking lots, telecommunications towers, and residences.
